These rules have been established to protect and preserve both the chatters and the chat itself. Any interpretation of these rules is solely that of the roomhost.

Due to inherent problems arising through the use of proxies, ie: Troublemakers disguising themselves to cause problems in THIS AND OTHER CHATROOMS AND POSTING BOARDS, anyone, and I mean ANYONE using a proxie in The TalkAbout Chat will have the proxy ip and their handle banned. BEGINNING FEBRUARY 20TH, 2005 any handles not used for a period of 21 days or more will be deleted from the database. This DOES NOT mean that you have been banned. It simply means that your nickname/alias has been deleted for nonuse....you can at that time re-register. *S*

Please, no cyber sex or sexually graphic material.

Foul language in chat should be kept to a minimum. The occasional slipup is understood.

Please don't flood the chat with text, pictures, or graphics. (no matter what your intent is)

The only accepted language in this chat will be ENGLISH.

Do not use copyrighted material unless you are the author.

To avoid confusion in chat, please do not use the same handle or avatar as another chatter.

Impersonating another chatter is a nono.

Threatening, stalking or harassing another chatter will result in PERMANENT banning from the chat. NO questions asked. FINAL!
Once told, if you continue, I will personally assume you are purposely antagonizing that individual via your harassment
and appropriate measures will be taken.
